Hypnosis is a wonderful tool that helps you to defend your mind from those challenging negative thoughts. Using the tools you will learn you will be making good healthy choices, which will lead you to your healthy body weight. Let’s look at the four reasons your current weight management program is not working and then how hypnosis will help you.
First, your mind has been flooded with ‘negative information’. Using hypnosis you will be able to discover your negative sources and will be able to replace them with ‘positive images’.
Second, your mind has been flooded with ‘miracle centered advertising’. Your healthy body will never be found in a commercially altered photograph of a 23 year old in a ‘bikini’. Through hypnosis your mind will have the freedom to develop your healthy body.

This is the story of my “piece of chocolate”:
Actually, mine was a ‘big bag of Cheetos’. I ate Cheetos for all the wrong reasons. Like millions of people, I did not get along well with ‘bags of Cheetos’, which helped my eating to be out of control. After spending an embarrassing amount of money on “the latest diet”, I use what I knew, hypnosis. The truth was that under stress, I was more interested in ‘licking my fingers’ than actually eating the Cheetos. I stopped eating them and said, “When I get stressed I will get a bag of Cheetos put my hand in the bag, throw out the bag and lick my fingers.” A few months later, a dear friend of mine killed himself. Standing in the store, looking at a bag of Cheetos, I pictured myself putting my hand in the bag and pulling it out all orange…I started to laugh and haven’t had any Cheetos since then. I lost 20 pounds.
